Isn’t it easier just ordering from a store near me?
Sometimes we’re in a place where there’s no good coffee and that really bums us out! Bettr Coffee is here to make sure that never happens, while also creating a more sustainable consumption habit.
Can I subscribe to more than one plan?
No, but we have multiple plans to suit every kind of user and lifestyle. We also have the option to purchase additional one-time credits if you need more at any particular time.
Can I pay per order instead of a recurring payment each month?
Yes, we have the option to only purchase one-time credits instead of subscribing to a plan. However, we recommend considering a plan as they offer the best savings.

Can I customise my drink?
We offer various milk options as well as sweetness and strength for heritage beverages. If you don’t see the option you want on the menu, leave an order remark and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are you able to separate the ice from my drink so it doesn’t melt so fast?
Unfortunately we won’t fulfill such requests as they contribute to additional single-use waste. However, we can reduce the ice so your drink arrives less diluted.
Will my drink arrive nice and hot?
We prepare your drinks at a slightly hotter temperature so that they reach you at the optimal temperature to be consumed. The quality of foam may be affected by delivery and your beverage may appear to be lesser than usual. However rest assured that our beverages are prepared to the same standard everywhere.

What happens if I miss my pick-up timeslot?
Your drink will be prepared at the selected timeslot. If you know you will be unable to make it, please edit your order in advance. Any uncollected orders will be forfeited.
Can I make changes to my pick up / delivery day or time?
Yes, you can – login to your account and make edits to your order under ‘My Orders’. To change order mode, location and your selections, please cancel the order and make another one.
My delivery still isn’t here, what can I do?
Our deliveries may be slightly delayed due to inclement weather or poor traffic conditions. If your order has been significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Do you deliver island-wide?
Yes, with the exception of Jurong Island, Sentosa, Pulau Ubin, and other restricted areas.
